I would not touch a thing. I would call 911 and others interested in this field, then record all I could with camera and notes. To me it is a being. Of which has never been found before. Wait for help to arrive and have others record data. Law enforcement and emergency service people are most likely...

I think the question about: Do they bury or not and if so where and how, is a really great question. Makes me wonder about those small mounds I have seen once in a while out looking for someone and ignored. But then I guess it was irrelevant at the time.

That tooth I would say is most likely from a cow. It seems the right size and shows the wear of cross chewing similar to the way humans chew. It is defiantly not carnivore. Was it found near other bones or teeth? It has been deceased more than two years and was in a jaw until after deceased.
