Strange Footprints

In this world, we often come across “different” things. The boys were down at their place this week where we have been having issues with livestock. It’s out in the boonies and I know there are a lot of wild animals there, but the boys came across a very unusual footprint. The print is very narrow at the back and very wide at the front. Looks like a barefoot person, however it is out in the middle of mesquite thorns. Any guesses on what it might be? I’d be interested to know
Note: there is a coyote track near it, which the average size is around 3 inches. That would
mean that this print is in the 13-14 inch range, and I see a hint of a mid tarsal pressure divit.
That taken into consideration along with their problems with livestock makes this interesting
to me.
