CA 1995 TR93 CARENE 4. No. Calif. Date of report 1995 Three teenaged boys report driving car through a wildlife area near river. Names and location withheld respectfully. State that they find a dead dog along the side of the road. The dog was apparently torn open at the stomach, w/intestines exposed. The boys get out of the car, are examining the dog, and one of the boys pokes at the dog with a stick. Immediately a huge "werewolf" looking creature screams at them and runs towards them. Boys pile into the car and peel out to avoid creature. One boy states that the creature is pursuing them and is able to run as fast as 35 mph. It is running on 2 legs, hair covered, 1 boy claims the creature has ears that are visible on sides of it's head. They are able to accelerate to a higher speed and outdistance the creature. (This report is very odd, but is well documented. The person who interviews boys is very credible, but boys decline further interviews).

Sighting Text:
CA NEVADA 1982 TR#71 * Jamie A Guzman talked to Bob, in his houndsman club (runs dogs), who said when he lived by Grass Valley, CA, he had gone hunting at Stud Horse Canyon at night 15 years ago. He had five good dogs and he was hunting cougar at night. The dogs picked up a scent and took off, about 300 yards in front of him, baying as they tracked the creature. When their voices changed, he knew the hounds had cornered something. All of a sudden there was silence, and he heard the most ungodly very long deep scream that he had ever heard. The dogs came back whining with their tails between their legs, thoroughly scared, as was Bob. Whatever it was, he didn’t want to fool with it, and he went up a tree, dropped his flashlight, but stayed in the tree for four hours. Eventually he heard the dogs stirring and came down, heading directly for his truck, and hasn’t gone hunting for the next two years.

Sighting Text:
CA, * Credit Mike Phillips; America Online; No date for incident. I was canoeing with friends (Andy B.) near Boca Reservoir on the NV-Cal border when we saw long; skinny footprints ( four toes - one big and three little; longer than a size 13) in the mud and followed them until we found a five foot wide creek that the thing had stutter-stepped over and landed on two feet. The footprints were twice as deep as mine; I weigh 180 pounds. It walked with a long stride; the biggest member in our camp (6'2") could not match it. On the other side of the creek you could see where it slipped a little; picked up its pace; and ventured into the forest. Two hours later we heard some kind of animal screams in the night. There was also a stink that I can only describe as...animal. CA, * Nancy Logan; author of the Bigfoot book; "Children Of A Lost Spirit;" (excellent fiction tale of BF in Washington- copies available at $10.00+2.00 post and handling) sent in a clipping from a Los Angeles Japanese language newspaper; "Bridge USA;" June 1; 1994. She is a translator and the clip about the Angeles National Forest reads: The Mountains Where Yeti Shows Up. The "Yeti" shows up in Los Angeles; too! The spot is in the San Gabriel Mountains at Big Rock Canyon. Way back in 1876 there were sightings; and almost every year in the 1960's and 1970's there were also sightings. Quite recently he has been frequenting Devil's Punchbowl County Park; which is near Big Rock Canyon; and also has been frequenting Buena Park; which is 40 miles south of there. In America the Yeti is called "Bigfoot;" and the Yeti that frequents Buena Park; in particular; is called "Buena Foot." How about you? Why not go and have a look around for Buena Foot? Sighting Type: 1
Summary: 7 FT BROWN BF TAKES HUNTERS DEAD DEER

Sighting Text:
CA PLUMAS 1940 TR95 6000FT 40 02N 12045W * From: Archery7 Date: 28-Jan-00 As I have stated before, the Native Americans in the Butte and Plumas County area refer to Big Foot as The Wild Man. The Genesee Valley, CA, is now covered by homes and above the valley, a very large Lake. But in 1940 It was a very wild and desolate area in the Sierras, at approx. 6000 feet. with nothing but old Indian Trails and very old logging skid roads, mostly overgrown. In 1940 a Native American in his 40's and his 14 year old son (Both Locals) were deer hunting in the Genesee Valley. It was early morning, just after sun up. The young boy, standing a short way from his father saw and shot a 3 or 4 point Buck with his 30-30. (Back East I think a 6 or 8 Point) The deer went down. Was laying just out side the high timber line. The father then joined the son, and they began to walk the 50 yards to the downed buck. They had not walked but a few yards in the tall grass and knee high low growth brush. When they heard a noise in the timber. They stopped and looked in the direction of the sound of breaking limbs. From out of the timber and in no apparent hurry, walked a very large and unknown creature. Described as 7 feet tall, covered with hair, brown in color. As it walked upright toward them the father raised his 30-30, aimed at the creature. Both the father and the son were terrified, thinking the creature was coming for them. The father was just about to shoot, the creature stopped, bent over, with one arm, picked up the deer, tossed it lightly over its shoulder settled it behind its neck, gave the two hunters a long look, then walked unhurried back into the timber with the deer and disappeared. The two hunters were very shaken, walked back to the center of the valley and squatted down, facing the area the creature had just vacated. The son, then asked his father, "What was it? What should we do?" The father replied in a very slow but deliberate voice, "Nothing, It was just a Wild Man!!!" The father has long since passed away, the son still lives somewhere in the Plumas or Sierra County area.

Guzman says in the 1971-72 seasons; he was and two companions were working for the Forest Service in the woods along Rice Creek; near Chester; CA. As he was returning from fishing; he heard something following him. Jaime held his breath; could feel his own heart racing; and could hear the thing breathing that was following him. He jumped in his truck and laid in a fetal position on the floor and didn't remember anything until his companions; Leroy and Wayne woke him. On the succeeding two days; the same thing happened to his two companions. He can't seem to explain his blacking out in the truck; except maybe from having seen something that scared him so bad (or a Pan reaction). * Jaime also mentions that a friend that runs dogs near Susanville; CA; had been having trouble with his dogs...something's in the woods that isn't natural; and is bothering them. Last year near Chester; a ridge away from the Guzman report; the 11 dogs were put on a fresh scent at 3 AM...something had just crossed the road. A mile and a half away the dogs were all on the road and running towards the truck; hair erect. They had previously taken on some really big bears. Their owner had previously found a strange bed in the forest; 14 inches deep of pine branches. It was about 8 X 3 1/2 foot in size. inches 6.05.44.52.21.40.90.30.30.72.24.05.433.3 Chester °F 30.634.237.843.250.958.664.063.057.248.738.131.546.4,

Hey Yankeesearch, didn’t even know you were in chat, now you have the bug so bad you will have to keep going out to see another one. :)

Anyway, as I stand before God, I did not make this up!

Not saying it was Sq/BF/DM/Yeti... but it was strange. And I am locking my doors tonight for sure!

And just I was turning away, I thought I heard snort -- which could have been deer or maybe cattle... but... I do not know.

I did not have the creepy feeling I normally get in these situations... so I really do not know what to make of it.

One detail I forgot to mention: the whoop had almost a human like talk after it on both occasions.

I walked back to the other side, and thought I heard a knock...

Cattle about 1/8th mile away disappeared... and strangely at that location: it sounded like something banged the metal fence. Not loud... but never ever heard it before tonight.

Two whoops... and some deer scattering (they may have been scattering because of me).
