Sighting Text:
CT TR23 * Bill Green, Director of the New England Bigfoot Info Research center, wrote with an eastern U.S. sighting. Plainville, CT, 1964. Two men were driving in an orchard when they encountered a strange animal that was six-foot tall, weighed 400#, had white fur, and ran, "kind of hunched over." The witness said that the creature had a small head, but he didn't see the face.

CT * Dear Bill Green; NE Bigfoot Center; 21 Benham St.; #F; Bristol; CT 06010. On Friday evening; Sept. 29; 1989; as I was driving through Whigville; CT; taking my mother home to Bristol; I saw a large being on the side of the road. It was about 9 PM and quite dark. As I approached the Main Street Bridge; another car was crossing. I stopped to let him pass on the narrow bridge; and as he passed me by there was a tall; black; upright figure standing on the side of the bridge; to my left. "Did you see that?" I asked my mother; "that tall (nearly 8 ft) black; upright figure standing on the side;: "I didn't see anything;" she said. Mrs. D. Trudel.,
