Submit Audio Evidence

IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM THE MID-AMERICA BIGFOOT RESEARCH CENTER

Dear Submitter,

Thank you for your desire to submit evidence to the MABRC Evidence Review Board. Please be assured, that all evidence submitted to the board will be examined closely for it's merits/faults and a report will be forthcoming to you.

Please keep in mind, the Evidence Review Board is made up of volunteers, and as such, there may be some delay in responses as these volunteers also take care of their personal lives while on this board.

Once you submit this form, you will be contacted by a member of the board on how to transfer the evidence to the board for review. If you don't hear anything within 24 hours, please email mabrccontact@gmail.com with the details and the webmaster will insure someone contacts you quickly.

Thank you,
MABRC Webmaster

Notes:
1. We require the audio file to contain at least 2 hours before and two hours after the suspected sound occurred.
2. We expect the person submitting the audio for analysis to do some of the preliminary work prior to the Board taking time to evaluate the recording. We expect the person submitting the audio to provide a screen shot of the spectrogram of the suspected sound to accompany the audio file, and to compare the suspected sound to known animal sounds from the area.
3. We require the GPS coordinates, or a snapshot of Google Maps, showing the exact location of the recorder at the time the suspected sounds were recorded. This is so the Board can look for nearby residences or farms where domestic animals and/or livestock could have been the source of the unidentified sound. The exact location will not be revealed by the Board in any public reports.
